Rich Maier

Rich Maier, CFE, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Loss Prevention at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union, a position held since 2007, where responsibilities include acting as the business and legal liaison with attorneys, investigating plastic card disputes, and managing legal reviews and contract amendments. Maier's experience in loss prevention spans several roles at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union, starting as a Fraud Specialist in 2003, advancing to Supervisor and Manager positions, and ultimately attaining the Assistant Vice President role. Earlier experience includes work as a Safety Services Officer at Kmart Corporation and a role as Loss Prevention Manager at Gaylord Entertainment. Maier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, completed between 1998 and 2002.
