Danika S. Medina, MBA, RN, FACHE, NEA-BC, currently serves as the Chief Clinical Operations Officer at Midi Health, a Health Tech company, with a focus on transforming patient care delivery for women. Previously, Danika held various leadership roles at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where responsibilities included oversight of clinical operations for solid organ transplant programs and the Heart and Vascular Center, achieving a successful joint commission survey after a major employee turnover.
