Shawn Sullivan is the President and CEO of Midland Care Connection, Inc., and the Co-Founder and Board Chair of Responsive Care Solutions. Shawn also serves as the Board Treasurer of LeadingAge Kansas. Prior to their current roles, Shawn was the Vice President of Mission Health Management Group at Mission Health Communities, the Executive Branch COO for the State of Kansas, the State Budget Director for the Kansas Division of the Budget, and the Secretary of the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services. Shawn also has experience as a Long-Term Care and CCRC Executive Director and Administrator. Shawn holds a BS in Business Administration from Kansas State University and an MS in Applied Gerontology from the University of North Texas.
