Alex Woody

Alex Woody is an experienced communications and public relations professional with a strong background in marketing and content creation for arts organizations. Currently serving as the Communications and Public Relations Manager at Midland Center for the Arts since August 2021, Alex oversees marketing efforts for museum exhibits, education classes, and family programming, utilizing tools such as Wordfly, ASANA, and Adobe Creative Suite. Previous roles include Marketing Consultant at Education Through Music, where Alex focused on social media rebranding and online growth, as well as Marketing Coordinator positions at both Denver Center for the Performing Arts and Hartford Stage. Alex also contributed to the Wharton Center for Performing Arts in various capacities, including Sensory-Friendly Performance Administrator. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Michigan State University.
