Tammie's tenure at Midland Center for the Arts spans from May 2005 to the present, where roles have included Manager of Executive Affairs, Assistant Director of Fund Development, and Fund Development Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Office Manager at Sugar Construction, Inc. from 1991 to 1996. Tammie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Northwood University, completed between 1989 and 1993.
