Aaron Kinsey

Aaron Kinsey currently serves as the Chair of the Strategic Planning and Policy Committee and Secretary of the Board of Directors at the Texas Permanent School Fund Corporation, managing a $55 billion public endowment that supports Texas public education. Additionally, Aaron is the Chairman and a member of the Texas State Board of Education and holds advisory roles at Angelo State University and Midland College. Previously, Aaron was the President of Skywest Airport and the Chief Executive Officer of American Patrols, while also partnering with Bear Capital, LLC, which focuses on investments and advisory for small to medium-sized businesses. Aaron’s experience includes a role as Vice President of Real Estate at Santikos Entertainment and a Summer Associate at MetLife. Educationally, Aaron obtained an MBA from Harvard Business School and holds both a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
