Midland College
Jennifer Myers serves as the Associate Vice President of Workforce Programs at Midland College since March 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer held several positions at Odessa College, including Dean of the School of Business & Industry, Associate Dean of Workforce Education Programs, and Department Chair of the Criminal Justice Department from January 2012 to March 2021. Jennifer's earlier experience includes working as a Legal Clerk for the United States Attorneys from August 2010 to December 2011 and as a Criminalistics Technician at the Odessa Police Department from February 2003 to August 2010. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Psychology in Criminology and Justice Studies from the University of the Rockies, a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from The University of Texas Permian Basin, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications from Texas Tech University.
