Amber Maller

Amber Maller, PMP, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Global HR Operations and HRSC at Midland Credit Management, an Encore Capital Group Company, since October 2020. Prior to this role, Amber held the position of Senior Program Manager at General Atomics from December 2017 to September 2020, leading enterprise-wide HR programs and contributing to the implementation of recruiting systems. Amber also served as Sr. Program and Project Manager at Rockwell Collins from September 2008 to December 2017, focusing on innovative global hiring processes and establishing project management best practices for Talent Acquisition. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Business specializing in Project Management and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services, both from Capella University.
