David Hollander

David Hollander is a paralegal currently employed at Midland Credit Management, an Encore Capital Group Company, where responsibilities include liaising with and supervising outside collections attorneys on bad debt cases since February 2023. Previously, from July 2008 to February 2019, David served as a paralegal at Hibu, focusing on company record research for breach of contract actions, negotiating settlements, representing the corporation in mediations, and preparing for trials and depositions. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society with a Criminal Justice emphasis from UC Santa Barbara and has completed an ABA-approved Paralegal Program at the University of San Diego, as well as a Certificate from the Peace Officers' Basic Academy at Riverside Community College. Additionally, coursework was undertaken at UC San Diego Extended Studies in early 2020.
