Emily Dul

Emily Dul is a Senior Performance Manager for Legal Outsourcing at Midland Credit Management, an Encore Capital Group Company, since June 2021. Previously, Emily held roles at CoStar Group from February 2005 to June 2021, including Market Research Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team delivering comprehensive commercial real estate market data, and Senior Research Associate, overseeing multiple projects and a portfolio of over 1,900 commercial listings. Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems from San Diego State University, attended from 2002 to 2004, and studied at San Diego Mesa College from 2000 to 2002.
