Lalit Mohan

Lalit Mohan has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and solutions architecture. Lalit started their career as a Software Engineer at IDS Infotech Limited in 2004, where they actively participated in coding projects and implemented Java Help. In 2005, they joined AgreeYa Solutions as a Project Lead, where they were responsible for requirement gathering, high-level design, use case development, and database design. Lalit remained with AgreeYa Solutions for a decade until 2015. Lalit then joined HCL Technologies as a Technical Manager, handling client interfaces and leading a team. In 2017, they moved to AgreeYa Solutions again, this time as a Senior Software Engineer, and they continued in this role until 2019. Currently, Lalit is working at Midland Credit Management, an Encore Capital Group Company, where they started as a Solutions Architect in 2019 and then transitioned to the role of Senior Principal Software Engineer in 2023.

Lalit Mohan completed their Master of Computer Application degree in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Government College in Malerkotla, studying from 1998 to 2001. Lalit Mohan had previously completed their Senior Secondary education in Science from Government College in Malerkotla from 1996 to 1998.
