Mike Aronson

Mike Aronson serves as the Senior Manager of Process Excellence at Midland Credit Management, an Encore Capital Group Company, since September 2013. In this role, Mike leads a team focused on enhancing service levels, transactional efficiencies, and cost management. Responsibilities include coaching team members on Call Center Technology operations and driving performance improvements through strategic analysis. Prior to this position, Mike held the role of Manager of Call Center Technology at Encore Capital Group, overseeing predictive dialing systems and supporting operational processes. Mike's earlier experience includes Group Manager at CompuCredit Corp. and Collections Manager at Fingerhut. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management with a focus on Music from Buena Vista University.
