Iain Shadlock

Iain Shadlock is an experienced Programme and Project Manager with a diverse background across various sectors, currently serving at Midland Heart since June 2021. Previously, Iain held project management roles at NEC Group from September 2018 to May 2021, where notable achievements included the successful implementation of an event management platform and the upgrade of Wi-Fi infrastructure. Iain's earlier experience includes significant roles at the Solicitors Regulation Authority from August 2010 to August 2018, overseeing high-profile digital transformation projects, and providing business change advice as an interim Portfolio Manager. Iain's career began at Alcester Grammar School as a Sports Hall Manager, followed by an internship as a Performance Analyst at West Bromwich Albion Football Club. Iain holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports Coaching Science and a HND in Sports Coaching and Management from the University of Worcester.
