Kirsty Wayness

Kirsty Wayness has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Kirsty started their career at The Air Ambulance Service in 2011 as an Events Assistant and later took on the role of Communications Officer in 2012. In 2015, they joined Orbit Group as a Senior Communications Consultant and worked there until 2018. Their most recent position was at Midland Heart, where they held the role of Internal Communications Manager from 2018 to 2020. Kirsty then moved up to become the Head of Employee Engagement & Brand at the same company.

Kirsty Wayness attended Birmingham City University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Theatre, Performance and Events Design.
