Pamela L.

Pamela L. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and governance roles across various organizations. As the CEO Founder of Stowhill Consultancy since December 2019, Pamela specializes in 1:1 executive career coaching and provides non-executive and headhunting services. In addition, Pamela contributes as a Board Member for Midland Heart and Local Space, and serves as a Trustee for Brook since 2021. Advisory roles include work with Saxton Bampfylde and business advising for Pivotas AG. Previously, Pamela was Chair of the Board for Inquilab Housing Association Ltd, overseeing strategic initiatives and budgetary controls, and has held board positions with Sovereign Housing Association and Milton Keynes Council. With a focus on governance, diversity strategies, and business development, Pamela also participated in developing the 2020 Housing Governance Code for the National Housing Federation.
