Lily Shum

Lily Shum has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Lily started their career in 2007 as a Senior Quality Assurance Officer at Wing Wah Cake Shop Limited. Lily then worked as a Senior Purchasing Officer at Yamazaki Baking in 2010, and later as a Purchasing Officer at Angliss Hong Kong Food Service Limited from 2010 to 2012.

In 2012, Lily joined Midland Holdings Limited as a Property Consultant, and eventually worked their way up to become a Senior Property Consultant. Lily was responsible for assisting clients in property sales, sourcing, and providing transaction advisory services. Lily also developed sales presentations and implemented marketing strategies for investment opportunities. Lily held this role until November 2014.

From December 2014 to June 2015, Lily served as an Account Supervisor at Midland Holdings Limited. Lily then became an Account Manager from July 2015 to January 2017, followed by a promotion to Senior Account Manager from February 2017 to January 2018. In February 2018, they took on the role of Principal Account Manager, where they continued to assist clients with property sales and provided comprehensive advisory services.

In 2019, Lily joined Midland Financial Group as an Independent Financial Adviser. Lily provided financial advice to clients until the present day. Additionally, they became a member of the Sun Chapter of BNI Global in November 2020.

Overall, Lily Shum has gained valuable experience in property sales, client management, purchasing, and financial advisory throughout their career.

Lily Shum attended The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2007 to 2008, where they received a Master of Science (MSc) in Nutrition, Food Science, and Technology. Prior to that, they studied at RMIT University from 2004 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc). Lily'seducation began at TPS (Melbourne) from 2000 to 2004, where they completed middle school.
