Terry Stephens

Terry Stephens has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Terry currently holds the position of Director of Process and Product Development at Midland Plastics, Inc., where they have been since February 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Field Sales and Business Development Manager at the same company. Before rejoining Midland Plastics, Inc., Terry worked at Dowco as the Director of Business Development and Operations, as well as the Plastics Business and Operations Development Manager. Terry also has a long history with Midland Plastics, Inc., where they held various roles including National Manufacturing Business Development Manager, Manufacturing Operations Manager, and Thermoforming Division Operations Manager, among others. Terry started their career at EZ Paintr as a Production Supervisor and then moved to Coleman in the same role. Overall, Terry has demonstrated expertise in process and product development as well as business development and operations management.

Terry Stephens obtained a Bachelor's degree in Plastics, Industrial Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. This four-year educational journey took place from 1991 to 1995.
