Amy Rankin

Amy Rankin serves as a French Teacher at Midland Public Schools since August 2000, specializing in French levels 1, 2, 3, and International Baccalaureate. Additionally, Amy holds the position of World Language Teacher Leader for grades 6-12, where responsibilities include planning and leading professional development and coordinating curriculum writing and material selection. From January 2015 to April 2022, Amy was an Adjunct Faculty member at Delta College, teaching French 1. Amy's educational credentials include a Master in the Art of Teaching from Marygrove College, an Elevate Certificate from the University of Colorado Boulder focused on technology integration in language classrooms, and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language Teacher Education from Western Michigan University. Further training was received at the Centre Linguistique Appliqué in Besançon, France.
