Kathy Baker

Kathy Baker has extensive experience in the banking industry. Kathy started their career at SouthTrust Bank of Calhoun County NA in 1980, where they served as the Executive Vice President, Controller, and Operations Manager for 15 years. Kathy then moved on to SouthTrust Bank NA, where they held various roles including SVP and acted in several capacities at the corporate headquarters. Kathy joined Bank Earnings Alliance in 1999 as a Management Consultant, and then moved to Charter One Bank NA in 2003, where they served as the SVP of the Services Division. From 2005 to 2010, they worked at Riverside National Bank NA as the SVP of Banking Services Operations, providing leadership direction for various core operations. Currently, they are the Director of Bank Operations at Midland States Bank, a position they have held since 2010.

Kathy Baker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University, attending from 1973 to 1977.
