Kaiser Lone

Kaiser Lone is the Chief Operating Officer at Midlands Medical Partnership. Kaiser has over 10 years of experience in IT support and administration. Prior to their current position, Kaiser worked as a Service Desk Technician for NHS Birmingham & Solihull Cluster. In this role, they provided IT support to GP practices and PCT staff, helped develop the IT infrastructure, and diagnosed and resolved desktop, application, networking, and infrastructure issues. Kaiser is knowledgeable in a variety of software and hardware systems and enjoys troubleshooting IT issues. Kaiser is also responsible for administering the IT department’s policies and procedures.

Kaiser Lone has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Management and Business Computing from Staffordshire University. Kaiser also has 9 GCSE's & 3 A-Levels from Sir Wilfrid Martineau School and Sixth Form.
