Blake Claybrook

Blake Claybrook, MPA, is a Supply Chain and Procurement Specialist at MidLantic Urology since December 2022, leading the implementation and maintenance of the IOS practice with a focus on data integrity. Previously, Blake worked as a Logistics Coordinator III at PLS Logistics Services, managing over 200 shipments monthly, and as an Assistant Manager at Trader Joe's, where operational management led to significant revenue generation and a high inventory accuracy rate. Starting as a Restaurateur at Chipotle Mexican Grill, Blake demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational skills, achieving top performance rankings and notable customer satisfaction increases. Blake holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration concentrating on Human Resources from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
