Courtney Werner has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Courtney started their career as a Veterinary Technician at Banfield Pet Hospital in 2012, where they demonstrated leadership skills by training colleagues and excelled in time management and communication. Courtney then worked as the Veterinary Hospital Director at the Veterinary Hospital at The Women's Humane Society from 2016 to 2018. Courtney then moved on to Concentra, where they served as the Center Operations Director from 2018 to 2020. Courtney later joined Spark Dental Management as the Regional Operations Manager from 2020 to 2023. Currently, Courtney is the Regional Director of Operations at MidLantic Urology, where they oversee operations within the region.
Courtney Werner obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, Pre-med/Pre-vet from Delaware Valley University in 2015. Courtney later completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university in 2016. Additionally, they have a certification as a BLC Certified Veterinary Assistant.
