Robert Kmetz

Robert Kmetz has a diverse and extensive work experience in the accounting and finance field. Robert currently serves as the Director of Finance at Midlothian Country Club. Prior to this role, they were the Accounting Controller at Riverside Golf Club-1893 and Schillings. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Corporate Controller at Klein & Hoffman, where they led all accounting and finance functions and implemented various cost-saving initiatives.

Before their time at Klein & Hoffman, Kmetz worked as an Accounting Manager at Robinson Engineering, Ltd. and Flaherty Construction, Inc. Robert began their career as a Senior Accountant at Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc., where they also served as a Senior Applications Specialist.

Throughout their career, Kmetz has demonstrated their expertise in financial management, process improvement, and cost reduction. Robert has successfully implemented various initiatives to streamline accounting processes, increase accuracy, and reduce costs for the organizations they have worked for.

Robert Kmetz is currently pursuing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Business/Management at the University of Southern Indiana. Robert began their studies in 2021 and is expected to complete their degree in 2023. Prior to this, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Purdue University Northwest.
