Mendy Autry currently serves as the Director of Compliance, Accountability, and Library Services at Midlothian Independent School District since August 2015. Mendy also held leadership positions as President and Vice President of Publicity/Public Relations for Historic Waxahachie, Inc. from November 2008 to November 2011, an organization dedicated to promoting the cultural and historical significance of Waxahachie. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Curriculum Development from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Reading, and Education from Dallas Baptist University.
