Andrew Schultz, Jr. has a diverse work experience history, starting as a Senior Auditor & Litigation Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1990. Andrew then moved on to be Venue Finance Manager for the Road Races at the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games in 1995. Andrew later became Finance Manager for North American Beverage Operations at Graphic Packaging International in 2000. In 2005, they transitioned to President & CEO of Sharn Veterinary, Inc., a family business, leading to its successful sale to Midmark Corporation in 2008. At Midmark Corporation, Andrew held roles such as Director of Monitoring & Critical Care, Director of Business Development, and Director of Business Development & Clinical Services, focusing on the Animal Health industry. More recently, they have served as a Board Member at the Foundation For Veterinary Dentistry and the NORTH AMERICAN VETERINARY ANESTHESIA SOCIETY, lending their expertise to advance veterinary dentistry and anesthesia practices.

Andrew Schultz, Jr. completed their College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Jesuit High School of Tampa, FL in 1985. Andrew then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University from 1986 to 1990. Later, they pursued an MBA in Business/Entrepreneurship at Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business from 2001 to 2004. Finally, they participated in Lean Startup Innovation @ Enterprise Level at the Lean Startup Conference from 2013 to 2015.
