Monique McGlinch has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in logistics, information technology, customer engagement, and project management. Monique started their career in 1990 with Witt Plastics, Inc. in an IT role before moving on to Sumark Services, Inc. as the Manager of Information Technology in 1994. Monique then joined Alcoa in 1999, where they held positions as a Senior Systems Analyst and later as a Logistics Manager. In 2005, Monique transitioned to Midmark Corporation as a Manager in Logistics and worked their way up to Vice President roles in Customer Experience, Information Technology, and Corporate Agile Center of Excellence. Their most recent role at Midmark Corporation is as the Vice President of Customer Engagement, demonstrating their growth and expertise in various areas of the business.

Monique McGlinch received their HS Diploma in College Prep from Russia Local School in 1989. Monique then pursued a BS in Management Information Systems & Operations Management from Wright State University, completing their degree in 1994. Following this, they obtained an MBA in Finance & Management Information Systems from Wright State University in 1999.
