Olivia Francis

Olivia Francis is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the HR Benefits Lead at Midmark Corporation since February 2020, where previous roles also include Corporate Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Supervisor and Coordinator positions at Clopay Building Products, a Leasing Consultant role at Fox and Hounds Apartments, and several leadership and coordination roles in various organizations. Olivia has effectively supervised club events as President of Ohio State Women's Club Volleyball and has contributed to community care through roles such as Resident Assistant at Creative Living. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Communications with a Business Minor from The Ohio State University, and Olivia is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at The University of Findlay.
