Thomas Schwieterman M.D.

Thomas Schwieterman MD MBA has over two decades of experience at Midmark Corporation, where they served as Director of Research and Development, Medical Director, and Chief Medical Officer, Vice President, Clinical Affairs. Thomas played a key role in developing and advancing enterprise strategy, overseeing regulatory excellence, forming a Clinical Affairs Department, and establishing post-market clinical surveillance processes. Additionally, they served as a Board Member of Midmark India, a leader in the healthcare industry.

Thomas Schwieterman MD MBA completed their Bachelor of Arts in Software Engineering/Systems Analysis from Miami University in 1989. Thomas then went on to earn their Medical Doctor (MD) degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1993. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Xavier University from 2013 to 2015. Dr. Schwieterman also holds certifications in Family Medicine, being Board Certified in Family Medicine in 2020 and obtaining their Family Medicine Certification in 2023. Additionally, they are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, which they obtained in September 2013.
