David C. Miller

David C. Miller is the Director at MidMichigan Health. David previously served as the VP of Economic & Community Development for the Midland Business Alliance from January 2019 to October 2019. Prior to that, they were the President/Chief Operating Officer of Midland Tomorrow/Midland Business Alliance from June 2003 to January 2019.

Miller has over 20 years of leadership experience and is dedicated to building a diversified business community. David has successfully secured funding of over $300,000 year-on-year and increased the organization’s budget by 50%.
