Daniel Kunkle

Daniel Kunkle has a diverse background in the technology industry. Daniel started their career at Circuit City in 2000, working as a Sales Specialist and Firedog Technician until 2007. In 2007, they joined Zenith Infotech as a Service Desk Technician and later became a Technical Account Manager/Technical Sales Manager. Daniel stayed with Zenith Infotech until 2011 when the company's RMM platform was acquired by Continuum Managed Services. At Continuum, Daniel held the role of Technical Account Manager from 2011 to 2015, where they managed 1300 channel partner accounts and provided support for Managed Services and Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions. In 2016, they joined Midnight Blue Technology Services as an IT Specialist and later took on roles as a Service Desk Team Lead and Project Specialist.

Daniel Kunkle began their education at the Community College of Allegheny County from 1997 to 2000, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Science. Following this, they attended Robert Morris University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS).

In addition to their formal education, Daniel has acquired several certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they became a Continuum Certified IT Expert through Continuum Managed Services, LLC. Furthermore, they obtained the VMware vSphere 6.7 Foundations certification from VMware in November 2020. More recently, in June 2021, Daniel earned the VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization 2021 certification. Daniel also holds a Level 4 Security Awareness Certification from CJIS, obtained in September 2021. Additionally, it is known that Daniel has a Continuum Backup Specialist certification, although the specific month and year of its acquisition are unavailable.
