I help B2B manufacturers and vendors grow revenue and mitigate risk by building new direct-to-consumer and e-commerce channels — with a particular focus on Amazon as a strategic growth platform.

For companies that have built their business through wholesale and specialty retail relationships, the e-commerce landscape represents both an opportunity and a risk that’s hard to navigate alone. I’ve spent 25+ years sitting on both sides of that table — as a merchant, a retail executive, and an e-commerce operator — and I know how to build a channel strategy that grows revenue without burning the relationships that got you here.

At Dorel Home, I led Amazon 1P e-commerce sales and grew revenue by 75% while expanding profitability by over 1,400 basis points across 10,000+ SKUs and multiple brands. Before that, I managed a $400M business at Sears Holdings, scaled Levi Strauss’s global outlet business from 15 to 140 stores, and led merchandising and inventory management strategy at Gap Inc. I’ve also advised e-commerce startups and major retail brands on digital transformation through my earlier consulting work.

What I bring to Midnight Group clients:
•	Amazon 1P & 3P strategy — vendor setup, assortment, pricing, and profitability
•	Direct-to-consumer channel development
•	B2B wholesale and marketplace retail relationship and account management
•	Brand development and management
•	Digital marketing strategies to increase sales, traffic and brand loyalty
•	Risk diversification for brands over-indexed on wholesale
•	SKU strategy and margin optimization
•	Proactive retailer communication frameworks that protect existing relationships

If you’re a manufacturer or vendor asking whether Amazon or DTC is right for your business — or how to do it without disrupting your retail partners — let’s connect.
