Nic Blair has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Nic is currently the Founder & CEO of Midnight Health, a company that provides online healthcare solutions in Australia. Prior to that, Nic was a Mentor at LuminaX Health Accelerator, where they supported startups in the health industry.

Nic also has experience as a Director & Co-Founder of Brus Media Pty Ltd, a leading mobile agency focused on performance-based marketing. Nic has worked with renowned brands such as Amazon, McDonald's, and Uber.

Before that, Nic was the Director & Founder of Search Factory Australia, a digital marketing agency that was later acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network. Nic also served as a Director at No Limits Media and Luscious Media Pty Ltd, where they oversaw various online content networks.

Additionally, Nic has worked in digital marketing roles, including as a Digital Marketing Executive for Quickbeds.com and Flight Centre. Nic managed SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising for these companies.

Throughout their career, Nic has demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and business development across various industries.
