Sean Park

Sean Park is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human capital advisory and executive search. As Co-Founder of Transformari since October 2019, Sean has been pivotal in redefining executive search and partnering with organizations experiencing transformational change. In addition, Sean serves as an Advisor at Midnight Oil Collective, focusing on venture capital initiatives in the arts. Previously, Sean held the role of Chief People Officer & Head of Portfolio Talent at Activant Capital, supporting high-growth startups with human capital strategies. Additionally, Sean has held senior positions at OnPoint HR, EY, Hanold Associates LLC, and Aon, contributing to significant accomplishments in organizational transformation, HR technology, and executive search across various sectors. Sean is an alumnus of Northwestern University, holding dual Bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences, and Economics.
