Jared Hilton

Jared Hilton, MEng, PMP, currently serves as Chief of the Proprietary Equipment Group at Midrex Technologies, Inc. since September 2023. Previously, Jared held the position of Vice President of Operations at Southern Elevator Company Inc. from July 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included leading change management and enhancing operational stability through structured processes. Prior to that, Jared was President of WEC Carolina Energy Solutions, LLC, overseeing a multimillion-dollar subsidiary and optimizing project tracking systems. Jared's career began at Westinghouse Electric Company, where multiple roles such as Project Manager and Shop Operations Manager were held, focusing on industrial and energy sector projects, process improvement, and strategic initiatives. Early professional experience includes work as a Mechanical Designer at Controls Southeast, Inc. Jared holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Limestone University.
