James Evans

James Evans is an experienced Project Superintendent with a proven track record in managing various construction projects, primarily in affordable housing and senior housing. Currently employed at Midstate Construction Corporation since April 2015, James has overseen a range of projects, including the construction of apartment complexes, high-end condominiums, and renovations of triplexes. Prior to this role, James served as Field Wide Service Manager at CH2M HILL, where responsibilities included overseeing civil, architectural, and structural groups on a substantial contract. Previous experience also includes a position as CSA General Superintendent at Norcon, Inc., coordinating and supervising diverse craft activities with a peak manpower of 165 personnel. James has foundational education from American River College and Kenai Central High in Kenai, Alaska.
