Robert Sowa

Bob joined Midstate Mechanical in September of 2008 as a Project Manager; he was promoted to President of the company in January of 2023. Bob has over 22 years of experience in the mechanical industry. In 2004, he officially launched his contracting career in Phoenix while attending Del E Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University. Bob started his career in sales and engineering support and with his training and varied background this has provided him with a unique advantage in many aspects of construction management. Bob has strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills which will lead the development and execution of the company’s strategies and business plans moving forward. His primary goal is to continue to deliver high quality projects for all Midstate Mechanical clients.

Bob actively participates in a variety of Associations and Committee’s such as AASBO, ABA, ASA, ASHRAE and CASHE.
