The Operations and Coordination Team at MidState Medical Center focuses on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of hospital services by overseeing patient flow, resource allocation, and staff coordination. Led by the Public Safety Operations Manager, the team ensures a safe environment while managing respiratory care services and facilitating care coordination and social work, ultimately enhancing the patient experience and supporting the delivery of high-quality healthcare.
