Kim Harding Sphr

Kim Harding, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 19 years of experience in human resources. Kim most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Vital Energy since September 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at Midstates Petroleum Company LLC starting in September 2015. From June 2009 to September 2015, Kim was the General Manager of Human Resources at Samson. Kim began their career at Southwest United Industries, Inc. as an HR Manager from April 2000 to June 2009.

Kim Harding, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's degree in Human Relations & Organization Development from the University of Oklahoma, which was completed between 1997 and 1999. They also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Management from Fort Hays State University. Additionally, Kim has certifications in SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI and SHRM-SCP from SHRM, although the exact dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
