Philip Rafshoon

Director Of Member Engagement at Midtown Alliance

Philip Rafshoon is an experienced professional with a strong background in member engagement, program management, and sales. Currently serving as the Director of Member Engagement at Midtown Alliance since May 2016, Philip is responsible for the growth and retention of nearly 400 member organizations within a 120-block improvement district. Previously, Philip was the Program Director at the Decatur Book Festival, managing author events for the largest independent book festival in the country. As the founder and General Manager of Outwrite Bookstore and Coffeehouse, Philip established one of the largest independent bookstores in the Southeastern United States, promoting local shopping through effective public relations. Earlier career roles included territory management positions at Inmac Computer Accessories and NCR Corporation, where Philip consistently surpassed sales targets. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
