Simon Dewar

Simon Dewar is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Midvale Country Club since September 2024, Simon is also a co-founder of Charlotte Julienne, a food and lifestyle store established in January 2014. Previous roles include Managing Director and General Manager at The Main Deck, General Manager at The Red Lion Inn & Canoe Place Inn, and General Manager at The Chatwal Lodge in the Catskills, where Simon led a five-star resort recognized by Travel & Leisure. With a strong foundation in luxury hotel management from key positions at Weekapaug Inn and Blantyre, along with culinary experience from Arnold Palmer Enterprises, Simon combines leadership skills with a commitment to exceptional guest service. Simon's education includes training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and the Connecticut Culinary Institute.
