Dustin Kremer's work experience began in 2006 as a Farm Manager at Millier Farms, where they worked until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Landscape Specialist at R&R Landscaping. In 2014, they joined the Missouri Department of Conservation as an IT Level 2 Desktop Support Intern, where they performed various tasks including providing an accurate inventory report on technology equipment and setting up an "Internet Cafe" for guest users. In 2015, they transitioned to the Missouri Department of Transportation as an Information Technologist, specializing in software maintenance, and remained with the company until 2017.
