Chelsea Musgrave

Chelsea Musgrave, SPHR, serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Midwest BankCentre since April 2020, and previously held the role of Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this, Chelsea worked as the Director of Human Resources at CareSTL Health from December 2018 to January 2020, overseeing HR leadership and payroll for a community health organization. Chelsea also served as the Director of Human Resources at Clay County Hospital from November 2013 to August 2018, where responsibilities included managing HR functions for a critical access hospital and affiliated clinics. Chelsea holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government, both from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
