Zvika Har-Ziv has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Zvika started their career in 1987 as a VP Manufacturing at Teledata Networks and has since held several leadership positions. Zvika served as VP Operations & QA at Visonic LTD from 1996 to 2001, where they were responsible for building and managing departments in a production-focused environment. From 2001 to 2006, they worked as VP Operations & QA at Red-C, overseeing departments related to production, logistics, MIS, engineering, purchasing, and QA. In 2007, Zvika became the CEO of MCG - Advanced Technology Ltd, where they established operational systems, provided regulation consulting, and implemented new methodologies and tools. Zvika also led organizational changes and improved profitability while certifying companies for ISO 2001: 2015. Zvika's experience includes roles such as an Operation Manager at RADLIVE and a QA & Regulation Manager at DSraider Ltd. Zvika has a strong background in quality assurance, regulation, operational management, and implementing process improvements.
Zvika Har-Ziv pursued their education by completing a B.Sc degree in Industry & Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Zvika attended this institution from 1976 to 1980. Later on, Zvika Har-Ziv enrolled in the University of Manchester, where they obtained an MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing. This was accomplished between 1998 and 2000.
