Jennifer Schuster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail business development and sales management. Currently serving as the Retail Business Development Manager at Midwest Dairy since September 2021, Jennifer previously held multiple roles at Whirlpool Corporation from June 2008 to November 2016, including Independent Retail and Contract Market Manager for Kansas, Field Training Manager, Field Brand Trainer, and Sales Development Representative. Jennifer's responsibilities included managing significant retail accounts, driving contract jobs, implementing lean principles, and developing talent within the sales division. Additionally, Jennifer has experience in marketing from internships at Quicken Loans. Jennifer holds a BBA with triple majors in Advertising, Marketing, and Business Management from Northwood University.
