Tammy Filipiak

Tammy Filipiak has extensive work experience in the dental industry. Tammy currently holds the position of Vice President Hygiene Support/Clinical Operations at Smile Brands Inc., where they also previously served as the Vice President of Clinical Development. Prior to joining Smile Brands Inc., Tammy worked at Midwest Dental Support Center, where they held the role of Vice President of Clinical Development and Director of Clinical Development. In addition, they have experience as a Dental Hygiene Educator at OraPharma and as a Dental Hygienist at Dr. David Wanserski. Tammy also served as the President of the American Dental Hygienists' Association and held the position of Executive Director at the Wisconsin Dental Hygienists Association. Tammy started their career in academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Northcentral Technical College.

Tammy Filipiak has a diverse education history. Tammy began their educational journey at Northcentral Technical College from 1984 to 1987. Tammy obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene during this time. Moving forward, they attended Upper Iowa University from 2000 to 2002, and they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Lastly, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Quality at Marian University of Fond du Lac from 2007 to 2009.
