Paul Houska has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Paul started their career in 1993 as a Claims Supervisor at General Accident Insurance and worked there until 1998. Paul then joined CGU Insurance as a Commercial Lines Underwriter from 1998 to 2001. In 2001, they moved to Midwest Employers Casualty Company (a W.R. Berkley Company), where they held various roles including Regional Underwriting Manager, Account Executive Group Self Insurance, Manager of Safety and Compliance, and Senior Operations Consultant.
