Theodore Balmer

Theodore Balmer is a skilled web developer with extensive experience in designing and managing websites across multiple industries. Currently serving as Marketing Support and Web Developer at Midwest Engineered Systems Inc., Theodore led the redesign and relaunch of two WordPress-based websites and successfully transitioned sites from Wix to a dedicated WordPress environment.
