Kathy Busto Mickel

Kathy Busto Mickel currently serves as the Learning Solutions Lead at the Society for Clinical Research Sites since May 2023. In addition to this role, Kathy is the Director of Business Operations at Midwest Erosion Control, LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing a range of erosion control services for diverse clients. Kathy also acts as the Lead Teacher Trainer and Academic Director at Santosha School, and is the Founder of In-Body-Mind-Soul, focusing on helping clients achieve work-life joy. Earlier experience includes various leadership positions at Eli Lilly and Company, where Kathy worked from 2000 to 2018, and roles at Gentiva Health Services, PAREXEL, and UT Southwestern Medical Center. Kathy earned a Bachelor's degree in Medical Biology from Beloit College in 1993.
