Matt Gardner is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in the food industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Midwest Foods since October 2021, Matt has previously held significant roles, including Seafood Operations Manager at Sysco-Buckhead Meat from March 2012 to October 2021. Prior to that, Matt was at Plitt Company from 2001 to 2011, where responsibilities included both the Director of Operations and Production Manager positions. Matt's career began at Clearwater Fisheries, where Matt worked as a Logistics Manager from 1996 to 2001.
