Patrick Middendorf

Patrick Middendorf began their work experience in 2004 as the Midwest Regional Director for Paragon Rehabilitation. In 2005, they worked as the DOR for FIVE STAR QUALITY CARE LTD until 2007. From 2007 to 2011, Middendorf served as the Program Director at Aegis Therapies. Since 2011, they have been the Corporate Director Rehabilitation at Midwest Health, Inc., where they manage the clinical, quality, and financial functions of the therapy division.
